About Us |
Our family started breeding Birmans around 1972 in the Netherlands. We were always a small family based cattery and our few girls lived with us in the house. We worked closely with some of the best breeders in Europe and our aim has always been to breed the best possible Birman cat. Our Birmans have been a part of our lives through leaving home, University studies, getting married, moving within the Netherlands and even eventually to Australia! |

When we moved to Australia in 1992, we brought our two girls with us. Although they had to endure 7 months quarantine in England followed by 3 months quarantine in Melbourne, leaving them behind was out of the question. We visited them as often as we could in their quarantine stations and we were always greeted by their happy purr as soon as they spotted us. They became the mothers of our first Australian Birman babies in Victoria and have been great friends to us for many years. When we had children of our own, the cat family grew along with ours. |

Our move in 1998 to Tannum Sands near Gladstone, Queensland brought us into contact with the enthusiastic Birman Cat Fanciers of Queensland people. We have been breeding with some of them and have had some lovely babies to sell over the last few years. |
